Tai Chi Fundamentals
Tai Chi Fundamentals is a gentle exercise practice and internal martial art based on Yang style tai chi. This class focuses on a short sequence of flowing movements called a "form" intended to enhance posture, balance, movement, coordination, and mind-body harmony.
Cost: $15 per person per class
