Intro to Tai Chi Fundamentals for Beginners

This beginner level session presents tai chi as a low-impact exercise program for enhancing body alignment, balance, coordination, mind-body awareness, and mindfulness. The session will cover tai chi principles, teaching of the Tai Chi Fundamentals form (progression of movements), and an introduction to mind-body skills training.

Cost: $90 for the entire session (Because instruction is progressive, participants are strongly encouraged to attend all or most classes)
